健康維持に、二日酔いに、ダイエットの補助に。
小さじ2分の1〜大さじ1程度、ペットボトルやシェイカーなどに、水やお茶・ジュースとよく混ぜて飲用する。

ふっくら、より美味しい炊き上がりに。
2合で小さじ1程度を研いだお米に混ぜて炊くか、または炊き上がったご飯に混ぜるなどお好みで。

水1Lに対し、大さじ1程度を入れた麻炭水を作り、そこに野菜や果物を30分程度漬けておく。(葉物は5〜10分程度)
